Warning:
MISREPRESENTATIONS AND AGREEMENT TO
INDEMNIFY Real Estate Swap Meet
It is unlawful for any
person to make or disseminate any statement or assertion of fact
in any advertisement, magazine, newspaper or other publication concerning
the extent, location, ownership, title or other characteristic,
quality or attribute of any real estate, which the person knows
to be untrue. This disclaimer exempts Real Estate Swap Meet from such liability if the company has no interest in the
property, either as owner or agent. B) Advertiser understands that
Real Estate Swap Meet is a consulting company,
not a real estate agent or broker, and is therefore not liable to
third parties for any misrepresentations made by Advertiser. Advertiser
assumes full and complete responsibility and liability for the content
of all information submitted, which is printed and published pursuant
to this Agreement and shall indemnify and hold Real Estate Swap Meet harmless against any demands, claims or liability
thereon. The Advertiser shall reimburse Real Estate Swap Meet for any amount paid by Real Estate Swap Meet in settlement of claims or in satisfaction
of judgements obtained by reason of publication of the information
submitted by Advertiser, and for all expenses incurred in that regard,
INCluding, but not limited to, attorney fees and costs of litigation.
B) DAMAGES FOR MISPRINTS: Advertiser is responsible for the accuracy
of all information given to Real Estate Swap Meet In the event that Real Estate Swap Meet makes a mistake in printing the information, Real Estate
Swap Meet liability shall be limited to the
amount paid for the advertisement and for no further damages suffered
by Advertiser or any third party as the result of the mistake. Real
Estate Swap Meet will not be responsible for
more than one incorrect advertisement if owner fails to notify Real
Estate Swap Meet of the error within 15 days
of publication. No allowance will be made for errors which do not
materially affect the value of the advertisement. D) EQUAL HOUSING:
Real estate advertised in this magazine is subject to the Federal
Fair Housing Act of 1968 and its amendments. This company will not
knowingly accept any advertisement for real estate which is in violation
of the law. Dwellings advertised in this magazine are available
on an equal opportunity basis. THIS IS INTENDED TO BE A BINDING
CONTRACT.
